Backstory

Cilo is a Midlander with a fun story to tell. She's a sweet, bright and sunny attitude as well as a competent and capable adventurer. She's mostly literate, quick witted, and from a tiny village in the middle of nowhere. If you wish to know any more then feel free to click the button below!

Thanks for taking a look at Cilo's carrd! Cilo might not be my only character, but she's by all means my favorite. The one closest to my heart. At this time, I am seeking an FC/community that is role-play based. I'm located on the Crystal Data Center, both on Balmung and Mateus with her. If you notice any issues with the carrd, know that as of now it is still a work in progress. Please feel free to reach out and let me know if I need to fix anything!

Background

Cilo comes from very quaint origins somewhere within a tiny village in the Shroud. She was quite the country bumpkin, and even now still is to an extent. Cilo has come a long way from the girl who'd left for dreams that seemed all too lofty, to now a woman that's only a few years from finally achieving them.Being the eldest, Cilo innately cares and sometimes coddles those around her. Even as she's traipsed and labored through the trials and tribulations of adventuring for the past five years, Cilo has still retained her kind and compassionate nature. And with Cilo's modest upbringing, she's learned and has a better understanding of the world outside. Has come to terms with the differences and respects them. Even still, she has chosen to stick to the path she'd forged for herself.Cilo is a full-fledged adventurer if not mercenary now, and has been in and out of a company located in the Mist where she'd received training to further her craft/fighting capabilities. The company has regrettably disbanded for the most part, and is now a shell of it's former self with no will to continue forward. So, Cilo is on the lookout for what comes next. She fights with wit as well as her sword, and is happy to dive full-head into whatever comes next in life. There is a hunger inside as she'd made great strides towards her dreams, as they're not quite as far off as she'd thought them to be.Cilo has an adventurous heart, a compassionate grace, and stubborn pride that meshes well into a rather stunning and intriguing young woman. From: Just outside of Gridania, a little village near Greentear.
Skin color: Raw honey/deeply bronzed by the sun.
Eye color: A very pale rose, nearly colorless in the right lighting.
Hair color: A tawny brown, odd muted streaks that nearly match her eyes run through it.
Marital: OOCly promised, ICly single and intent on following village tradition of a marriage lottery.Personality:
She’s a somewhat seasoned adventurer pining her trade, more than happy and eager to work. She’s modest, driven, stubborn and very much the person you'd trust to have your back or front. Cilo is very passionate and naturally nurturing person. She's the eldest sibling, and because of that automatically takes on the role of caring for people without a second thought. She also loves bread, it's her favorite food. A strange but endearing quirk about the smaller Midlander.

Hello there! I've been roleplaying for nearly two decades and in FFXIV since Heavensward, going from other games to tabletop campaigns. I've a love for creative writing, and am excited to see where the story can take us!I prefer RP in-game, but I may be willing to write via Discord if a scene is in a place not easily represented in-game, involves a significant number of NPCs, is a GM'd plotline event, etc.. And while this character is off the table for some things, feel free to reach out to me for other characters and ideas!

In order to help long term narratives flourish, I like to take the extra time and lay out some foundation for a first time role-play. Not necessary but I adore having the chance to set everything up smoothly. A little prep goes a long way!I like to write long term story lines that involve my character growing and gaining connections with other characters. Regardless of the relationship she gains, Cilo is a fictional character and not a representation of myself.Cilo is my favorite character and as such I would not be interested in any narratives that involve her being killed or permanently disfigured. I enjoy writing many different genres with her. Mystery, Travel, Adventure, and Romance just to name a few.
